At The Heartfelt Handyman, we strive to serve our neighbors with a servant’s heart, providing honest craftsmanship and dependable home maintenance. Our goal is to make homeownership easy and stress-free. To do that well, we have a few "house rules" that help us stay organized and keep our promises to you.

Estimates and Scope of Work
All estimates are based on an initial assessment of the project. If we find that additional repairs, time, or materials are needed once the work is underway, we will always stop and discuss these changes with you to get your approval before moving forward.

Deposits and Payments
To secure your spot on our calendar, we require a deposit. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, as they represent our mutual commitment to the project and the reservation of our dedicated time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We value your time and ask that you value ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to serve another neighbor in that time slot.

Our One-Year Labor Warranty
We stand behind our work. The Heartfelt Handyman provides a one-year warranty on all labor performed. This covers the quality of the installation or repair. Please note that this does not cover materials (which may have their own manufacturer warranties) or damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or external factors.
